Lead the Company in assuring products and processes meet Company standards and customer expectations. Develop, lead and manage continuous improvement and business excellence programs.
Qualifications:
3 – 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment in a quality or process improvement role.
ISO knowledge and practical experience.
Strong computing skills and exposure to ERP systems.
A team player with the ability and understanding of how to operate in a dynamic, growth oriented, hands on organization.
Desire to be in an environment of personal and group accountability.
Strong communication skills.
Problem solving mentality and ability.
Be self-motivated and follow through on assignments with limited supervision.
Able to lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
