The Role
If you are passionate about aerospace or defense manufacturing and curious about how things are made, you will fit right in. We are currently hiring for all shifts, making it easy to find a schedule that works for your life.
You will get thorough, hands-on training at different stations across our factory floor. Because we teach you everything you need to know, a positive attitude and eagerness to learn matter much more to us than prior industry experience.

What You’ll Do
Learn to operate high-tech, computer-controlled machinery.
Rotate through various stations to support production needs.
Follow safety protocols and training procedures closely.
Inspect parts to ensure they meet our high quality standards.

What We’re Looking For
A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude.
Reliability and a commitment to working a full time job.
Basic math and measurement skills (helpful, but we will train you!).
Ability to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 35 lbs.

Salary based on relevant experience, $18-$20 per hour
