About Us
Horschel Brothers Precision LLC is a growing Precision Machining and manufacturing company. In this role, your procurement efforts will directly support our premier product divisions: Buffalo Turbine (debris blowers) and Vibratech TVD / Fluidampr (torsional vibration dampers). As well as a variety of precision machined components for the Defense, weapons, automotive, and many industrial applications. You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to ensure raw materials and tooling arrive on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Purchase Order Management: Issue and manage POs for raw metals, plastics, castings, hardware, and specialized tooling.
Expediting: Monitor open orders and coordinate with suppliers to guarantee on-time delivery to the assembly floor.
Supplier Relations: Maintain vendor relationships, issue RFQs, and evaluate supplier performance on cost and lead times.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
Experience: We plan to train an individual who has the Tech and Core skills as below. Any experience in purchasing, logistics, or manufacturing administration is helpful.
Tech Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Core Skills: Strong communication, and organization.

Work Environment
Office-based role with regular walkthroughs of our clean, climate-controlled, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to manage inventory.
