Lead the Company in assuring products and processes meet Company standards and customer expectations.  Develop, lead and manage continuous improvement and business excellence programs.

Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment in a quality or process improvement role.
• ISO knowledge and practical experience.
• Strong computing skills and exposure to ERP systems.
• A team player with the ability and understanding of how to operate in a dynamic, growth oriented, hands on organization.
• Desire to be in an environment of personal and group accountability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving mentality and ability.
• Be self-motivated and follow through on assignments with limited supervision.
• Able to lead continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
